Crew Movie is written by Nidhi Mehra and Mehul Suri. It has been directed by Rajesh Krishnan. The story of the film Crew revolves around three women Geeta Sethi (Tabu), Jasmine (Kareena Kapoor Khan) and Divya Rana (Kriti Sanon). These three women are from completely different generations and all three women have their own dreams. But all three want to improve their lives by doing anything.
What is the story of the film?
The story of the film is based on the lives of three air hostesses who are forced to work with Kohinoor Airlines because they have no other option. The airlines have not paid anyone’s salary for six months, due to which every employee of the airlines is worried. One day Geeta, Jasmine and Divya find a dead airline employee, who had been smuggling gold for years.
Seeing so much gold, Jasmine advises Geeta and Divya that they should also do all this and then the three air hostesses together smuggle the gold into Dubai. Money comes into the life of all three, but then the police gets wind of the fact that all three are involved in smuggling and the police arrests all three. Now to know what happened to Geeta, Jasmine and Divya next, you will have to watch this film.
The first half of the film takes you to understand what the story is about and the second half will show you how far the trio can go to achieve their goal. The last half hour of the film will make you laugh and surprise you every moment.
Acting
Because all three amazing actresses have been cast in this film, so all three have given their best. But if we talk about the best performer among these three, then it is Kareena Kapoor. Her punch lines, dialogue delivery, attitude, tantrums, expressions, everything… Kareena has shown her full on mode and at many places she has even overpowered Tabu. Tabu has also done an amazing job in the film, she has many dialogues which will make you laugh. But amidst all this, Kriti’s performance seemed a bit lackluster. His look in this film was similar to other films, nothing different. Kapil Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh have done cameos in this film. While on one hand Kapil Sharma’s acting has improved a lot, on the other hand Diljit has also added value to the film with his acting.
Direction
Crew is not a perfect film, there are loop holes in this film at many places but it is the brilliant story of the film and the amazing acting of the actors, which will keep you hooked to the film. After watching some scenes of this film, you will also feel that how can this happen in real life.
Crew’s final review
If you are looking for a film whose story is new and entertaining, then you should definitely watch this film. After watching this film, Kareena’s latkha-jhatkas will enter your mind and you will be seen humming the music of ‘Choli Ke Peeche’. This film gets 3.5 star rating from Bolly Masala.
