In an interview with Hindustan Times, Parineeti Chopra revealed what inspired her to reshape her career and work on singing. She said that she had been wanting to start a second career for a long time. She further credited her husband Raghav Chadha for motivating her every day, and it was he who encouraged her to enter singing. She said:
“I married a man who inspires me every day, he is my backbone and he literally pushed me to take this step. He is a public personality himself and deals with people every day. He sees that I have a passion for music, and he said I should finally do it. A lot of factors came together.”
