Buzz is that Ranbir Kapoor is going to gift this bungalow to his daughter Raha Kapoor and his mother Neetu Kapoor will be its co-owner. The doting father is also planning to name the bungalow after his and his wife Alia Bhatt’s one-year-old daughter Raha Kapoor.

Ranbir had started building his dream bungalow while dating Alia Bhatt. The couple often visited the site with their family and friends. On June 5, 2024, Ranbir took his baby girl Raha to his dream home, and Alia was also with him. The actor wore a boxy-fitted pink T-shirt and blue jeans. Raha was in his arms and looked indifferent towards the crowd.

Ranbir Kapoor’s daughter is the owner of his dream Rs 250 crore bungalow?
A report in Bollywood Life claims that Ranbir is planning to name the bungalow after his daughter Raha. If this is true, the little girl will be the youngest and richest star kid in Bollywood. For those who don’t know, this is the ‘most expensive’ celebrity bungalow in Mumbai. The source was quoted as saying:
Both Ranbir and Alia are investing their hard-earned money equally to build their dream home. Once the house is built, it will be worth more than Rs 250 crore. And it will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area compared to Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa.”
Alia Bhatt shares her thoughts on Raha’s screen time
Alia and Ranbir’s daughter Raha has turned one and a half years old, but still her doting mother is apprehensive about her screen time. Alia knows that kids these days are way ahead in watching movies on tablets to playing games on laptops, but she wants to keep her daughter away from all this as much as possible. In an interview with her mother Soni Razdan for Node Magazine, Alia shared her thoughts on this and said that she wants to reduce Raha’s screen time. Alia said:
Like most parents, I’m concerned about the times we live in. I know I’d like to delay exposing her to screens, but when I do, I want to introduce her to good movies. I want her to fall in love with them. Because that imagination is something else.”
Alia further revealed that she never used to read many books as a child, but she remembers reading books. The Lion King Which helped her creatively. She added that she wants her child to play outside because it is important. Alia said that she will try to give her as much as possible. She said:
I’ve never been one to read a lot of books, but I remember watching The Lion King and feeling very creatively inspired. And of course, the best thing for a kid is to be outdoors, so I’ll try and give her as much time as possible.”
