Age limit (as on 01/07/2023):

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have completed any Graduate Degree. Computer Literacy: candidates must have studied Computer / IT at high school / college / institute or possess a certificate / degree / diploma in computer operations or language. Candidates must be proficient in the official language of the State / UT in which they wish to apply (candidates should know how to read / write and speak the Official Language of the State / UT).

Note:
- The test will be bilingual, i.e., English and Hindi.
- All questions will be of objective type with five options.
- For each wrong answer, there will be 0.25 marks deducted from the total marks.
- But unanswered questions will not carry any negative marks.
- There will be a sectional as well as an overall cut-off.

Nationality / Citizenship:
A candidate must be either –
- a Citizen of India or
- a subject of Nepal or
- a subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India,
- provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.

- Registration Number and Password will be generated.
