Pay Scale:
Selected candidates for the Flying Officer position will receive a fixed stipend of 56,100/- per month during one year of training. Allowances are applicable as per IAF rules.

Age limit:
- Flying Batch: Candidates should be a minimum of 20 years old and a maximum of 24 years old.
- Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical): Candidates should be a minimum of 20 years old and a maximum of 26 years old.
Educational Qualification:
- Flying Branch:
- Graduation with an aggregate of 60% in any discipline with physics and maths in 12th or BE / B Tech degree (Four-year course) from a recognized University.
- Ground Duty (Technical branch):
- Four-year graduation course in engineering / technology. Must obtain 60% marks in Section A & B examination of the Aeronautical Society of India or Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India).
- Ground Duty (Non-technical):
- Graduation in any discipline with 60% marks and in Section A and B examination of the Aeronautical Society India or Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India).
Selection Process:
The selection process includes a written test, interview, and medical exam.
Application Fee:
Candidates registering for AFCAT entry need to pay the application fee as per the rules. Candidates registering for NCC Special Entry are exempt from paying the application fee.
