Educational Qualification:

  1. Customer Service Executive:
    • Graduation from a recognized university.
    • Diploma in IATA-UFTA or IATA-FIATAA or IATA-DGR or IATA-CARGO.
    • Knowledge of basic computer operations.
  2. Junior Customer Service Executive:
    • HSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline.
    • Must have minimum 06 months of experience in aviation.
