AIATSL Recruitment 2023: Customer Service Executive, Manager, Duty Officer Posts, 148 Vacancies

Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) has announced a recruitment notification on December 6, 2023, inviting eligible candidates for Customer Service Executive, Manager, Duty Officer, and other posts. The recruitment drive aims to fill 148 vacancies on a fixed-term contract basis for 3 years. Interested and eligible Indian Nationals (both male and female) are encouraged to attend the Walk-in-Interview scheduled from December 26, 2023, to December 30, 2023. The positions are open for deployment at Chennai, Madurai, Trichy, and Coimbatore International Airports.

Pay Scale:

• Duty Manager – Passenger: ₹45,000/-
• Duty Officer Passenger: ₹32,200/-
• Customer Service Executive: ₹25,980/-
• Junior Customer Service Executive: ₹23,640/-
• Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver: ₹23,640 / ₹20,130
• Handyman: ₹17,850

Age Limit:

• Customer Service Executive / Handyman: 28 years
• Junior Customer Service Executive / Utility AgentCumRamp Driver: 28 years
• Duty Manager Passenger: 55 years
• Duty Officer Passenger: 50 years

Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, and OBC candidates.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver: 10th Standard pass with an original valid HMV driving license.
2. Junior Customer Service Executive: Graduation in any discipline.
3. Customer Service Executive / Duty Officer / Duty Manager: Graduation in any discipline.
4. Handyman: SSC / 10th Standard pass.

Selection Process:

• Interview for all positions.
• Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver: Trade Test (Trade Knowledge and Driving test including Driving Test of HMV) in addition to the interview.

• SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen: Nil

Application fee to be paid through Demand Draft in favor of “AIR INDIA AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES LTD,” payable at Mumbai.
